3 days ago, Xiaomi surprised the eScooter community by showing off a new and improved version of the Mi Electric Scooter - also known as the m365- on its website. This new folding electric scooter is quite an update from Xiaomi's original offering which everyone has ridden by now.
This new model is called the Mijia Electric Scooter Pro, and comes with quite a few upgrades. On sale today, this new eScooter has a new LCD on the handlebars which displays a wide ranger of data there, instead of on an app like on the previous model. The new data it displays includes the riding modes (Eco, Standard, Sports modes) as well as real time data for speed and distance. The real winner, however, is that the range has increased to 28 miles.
Xiaomi provides eScooters for some of the most well known eScooter sharing companies in the world including Bird and Spin. Currently, the Mi Electric Scooter is one of the most popular models of eScooter in the world, and has been licensed to many companies around the world.
