It seems like lately that a lot of major automobile manufacturers have started eyeing the eScooter craze as a concept which they don’t expect to die out anytime soon. Even companies like Ford Motor Company have been investing significant amounts of money into eScooter concepts and other projects concerning urban mobility.

Austrian motorcycle and sports car manufacturer KTM seems to be eyeing the personal electric vehicle space as well. Recently, a photographer managed to capture images of a rider testing a new eScooter concept vehicle for KTM. The vehicle seen in the picture features a very large front tire, and a much smaller rear tire. It seems as if the battery compartment is installed in the floorboard of this fast electric scooter.

Although no one expects this vehicle to be launched any time soon, I think we should all be looking forward to whatever KTM is attempting to bring to the table. Known worldwide, KTM has managed to make some of the most durable vehicles in almost any industry they touch. Although the price point is generally a bit on the high side, it is equally matched with an expert-level quality in construction, and their products are always made with the most durable and dependable materials.

Competition?

With all of this great news from KTM, it is also nice to see that they’ve got competition in their space. Recently, both Harley-Davidson and Ducati have been putting some efforts into the electric eScooter, eBike, and electric Motorcycle industries. Harley-Davidson recently showed off some of their new concept vehicles at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2019 in Las Vegas in January.

Would you like to see a new KTM eScooter concept come to market? Comment below and let us know what features you’d enjoy seeing.
